Can I pay by cheque or money order?

Can I pay by bank account direct credit?
Yes, you can select this payment option at checkout. Once payment is received we will ship the goods direct to you.
Have not yet received any emails regarding your recent order?
After we process and ship your order (usually within 1-2 business days), you should receive a confirmation email that your delivery is on its way. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us via email at email@example.com or via phone on 022 093 9060. Also, please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved sender list and check your spam mail folder.
Have not yet received your order?
Most NZ customers will receive their orders within 7 to 10 business days. If you have yet to receive an email regarding order shipment confirmation, please contact us via email at email@example.com or via phone on 022 093 9060. If you have not received any emails, you may need to check your spam mail folder for emails. If it's unclear what has happened to your order, we can certainly help you find out!
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We we can arrange this for you on request. Just email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the details.
I am an overseas customer and want to ship to a location within NZ but can't enter my address details.
Please email me with your order and I will process this for you, sending you an invoice for payment. We always aim to action such requests within a 24 hour period!
How long does it take for an order to reach a customer overseas?
Typically, orders sent overseas arrive by first class mail within 1-5 weeks, but we cannot guarantee that.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes we are happy to gift wrap for you. Once you have placed your order please email us with your order reference indicating 'gift wrap please' and if you have a message you would like us to include please let us know clearly what that is in the email and we will include a small gift card with your order. No extra charge!
Can SleepPhones® be purchased near me?
Currently SleepPhones® are only available online in NZ though we are working with a number of retailers to get them into a store near you soon!
